Description

Method to Prepare
1. Marinate chicken with Special Mumbai Masala Mill POPCORN CHICKEN Masala 240g for 1Kg & salt for 2 hours. Beat Eggs, Salt & Milk in a bowl. Mix Bread Crumbs & Crushed Cornflakes in a platter. Dip chicken in Egg’s bowl. Coat it with crumbs. Repeat the coating
procedure & shape it in form of balls. Freeze for an hour. Fry on medium-high flame. Serve with Garlic Sauce.
Garlic Sauce
- Blend 9 pods garlic, 1 tsp white pepper, Salt, 5 tsp sugar & 72 cup oil (Olive oil preferably) till it becomes a thick paste. Strain 250 gms curd and mix it well. Your Garlic Sauce is ready.
