Description

This masala is a blended spice mix which adds an authentic taste and flavor to the spice mix.

Method to Prepare

  1. Apply marinating masala, salt, Tandoori Red Color and curd on chicken.
  2. Light 4-5 coals and keep on chicken. Heat ghee and pour over the coals and cover with a lid. Keep aside for 3-4 hours.
  3. Grind onions, tomatoes and malali into paste.
  4. Heat oil and add the paste and the other CHICKEN ANGARA MASALA.
  5. Fry for 2-3 minutes, remove coal from chicken and add the chicken to gravy. Cook till done.
  6. Now the coal baghar again.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves
  8. Serve hot with paratha or naan.
