Heat Oil. Fry mutton till brown, Add Salt. Cook meat till 3/4 tender. Add SPECIAL ACHAAR GOSHT MASALA and chopped chillies and cook on high flame, till the oil leaves the sides. Add Malai, chopped Capsicum & Spring onions. Stir well, serve hot with paratha.
