Method to Prepare

1. Add Cream , Tomatoes, Tomato Sauce, Fried Onions & Special Paneer Makhani Masala In A Mixer And Grind It Into A Fine Paste. Keep It Aside.
2. Heat 75 Gms Butter And Add The Ground Masala. Let It Simmer For 5 Mins On Slow Flame.
3. Add The Paneer . Cover It And Let It Cook On Slow Flame Till The Butter Floats On Top.
4. In A Separate Small Vessel Add The Remaining Butter, Heat It And Add The Kashmiri Chilly And
Kasturi Methi.
5. Once The Chillies Starts Crackling Add It To The Paneer Gravy.
6. Garnish With Coriander Leaves.
7. Serve Hot With Parathas Or Tandoori Roti.
