Method to Prepare
1.1Kg MUTTON/ CHICKEN Heat Oil, put Curry leaves and Rai.
2. Add Ginger and Garlic Paste to the Oil and Fry for 3-4 minutes. Add special KAADI MASALA. Fry for 5 minutes.
3. Add 250 grams Curd, Mutton & required quantity of Water and Salt. Cook till mutton is tender.
4. Optional – Add a little tamarind juice and Coconut Milk of half Coconut
