Description

Method to Prepare

Boil Mutton marinated with BHUNA GOSHT MASALA when done, remove the mutton add potato to the soup & let the water evaporate. Cook till potato is done. Put the Mutton in a grill tray and let fire reach the Mutton for 2 minutes, keep aside. In a Kadai heat oil and fry half of the onion till soft. Then add the Mutton, Potato (cut into pieces & mashed) tomatoes and rest of the onion. Stir well, sprinkle chopped corriander, chillies. Serve hot with lime mint leaves, onion rings.
