Method to Prepare
1. Wash kheema and squeeze out all the water.
2. Marinate the kheema with salt and special LUCKNOWI KABAAB MASALA, keep for 5-6 hours.
3. Add chopped onions, coriander leaves, green chilli, curd, egg and bajra flour. Make kabaabs and shallow fry in oil or ghee till done.
4. Serve hot with lime juice & green chutney.
