Return Policy
We really hope that you’re happy with your purchase! If you should change your mind, and wish to return anything that you have bought from Dry Fruit Mart, we’ll be happy to refund or exchange a product provided that it is in fully re-saleable condition.
Dry Fruit Mart has a 7 day return policy for most items, however specific return periods may apply for certain types of items, while certain items are not returnable unless there is a problem with their quality. Unfortunately, unless they are expired or not as described, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange on the following item categories:

Returns should be made within 7 days of your purchase in original, undamaged packaging. In most cases original and undamaged packaging refers to the manufacturer’s packaging that the product was delivered to you in. An item being returned should also be returned with any accessories, manuals and items that may have been bundled with the item.
If the product being returned is not in a fully re-saleable condition, or the packaging is damaged, or accessories, manuals or bundled items may be missing, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 18.5% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
Warranty Policy
We really hope that you’re happy with your purchase! Should you have a problem with your purchase, we offer a Standard Warranty that covers most items for up to 7 days. However specific periods may apply for certain types of items, while certain items are not covered.
Shipping Policy
We deliver across India using Blue Dart, DHL and FEDEX. You will not incur any additional costs over and above shipping fees. All orders are usually dispatched on the same day if an order is placed before 7PM local time, MONDAY through Saturday. If an order is placed after 7 pm, it will usually be dispatched the next day. Transit time of the shipment is 3 to 4 working days.
Additional Policies
You cannot redeem several coupon received through social media or other platforms during the festive season offer or when store is offering more then 40% discount.
